About HMS Services HMS Software's project management services practice stretches back to 1984. Over the years, we have participated in a wide range of consulting projects on some of the most prestigious projects and in some of the most complex project environments in the world.

Our experience in consulting covers the range from project management process to project management and timesheet systems implementation to custom programming. Our technical staff are all qualified consultants and we rotate our staff between consulting, training, development and technical support to ensure they remain at the leading edge of skill and knowledge on all technical aspects of automating a project and timesheet environment.

We have extensive experience in the implementation of enterprise project and enterprise timesheet systems in organizations from as small as 50 employees to as large as 50,000 employees. Our focus is the implementation of enterprise project and enterprise timesheet systems with everything that entails. HMS has had experience with a variety of project scheduling and project cost control systems. We have been working with Microsoft Project for over a decade and are one of only 19 companies recognized by Microsoft as a "Premiere Microsoft Project Solution Partner". We also have experience with the Welcom Software line of products including Open Plan, Cobra and WelcomHome and the Primavera line of products. HMS is a Primavera Alliance Partner and a Welcom Connect Partner.

As the publishers of TimeControl, HMS is obviously well positioned to assist with implementing an enterprise timekeeping system and with the technical and management issues that are involved with such an implementation.
