The Nuclear Retubing Project was a multi-billion dollar project designed to replace the aging fueling tubes in all Ontario Candu reactors. The Thermal Plan refurbishing project at Lakeview, Ontario was a multi-million dollar upgrade to the emissions controls for the coal-fired plant. Ontario Hydro used HMS supplied products and services for these projects and others including project scheduling and earned value software and extensive training and consulting.
