Consulting HMS Software's project management consulting practice stretches back to 1984. Over the years, we have participated in a wide range of consulting projects on some of the most prestigious projects and in some of the most complex project environments in the world. We have extensive experience in the implementation of enterprise project and enterprise timesheet systems in organizations from as small as 50 employees to as large as 50,000 employees. Our focus is the implementation of enterprise project and enterprise timesheet systems with everything that entails. HMS has had experience with a variety of project scheduling and project cost control systems. We have been working with Microsoft Project for over a decade and are one of only 19 companies recognized by Microsoft as a "Premiere Microsoft Project Solution Partner". As the publishers of TimeControl, HMS is obviously well positioned to assist with implementing an enterprise timekeeping system and with the technical and management issues that are involved with such an implementation. We have several pre-packaged programs for clients who want assistance with their TimeControl implementation. Our methodology depends on the nature of the mandate. For purely technical mandates we can work on a time-and-materials basis, or in a pre-packaged, fixed-price format. For more complex projects, we prefer to work on a phased basis. In this case, we start with a short scope and discovery phase and then deliver the project in manageable phases.

HMS is a Software developer. Aside from our commercial success with TimeControl, HMS has worked with numerous organizations to assist them with developing applications, interfaces and utilities as part of their project management or timesheet environments. Our custom development methodology is based on staged development where we work in phases. If you don't know where you are, it's hard to figure out where you're going.
