 Microsoft Project Rapid Adoption Framework^TM
HMS Software has developed a deployment methodology for Microsoft Project that provides for a rapid deployment of the basic Microsoft epm Solution consistint of Microsoft Project and Projeft Server for mid-sized organizations. This methodology is based on Microsoft's EPM Adoption Framework which HMS also supports for large-scale deployments. The Rapid Adoption Framework delivers a production implementation of Project Server with a core team of up to 10 Project Managers trained in only 10 days.

 Proof of Concept of epm and Project
HMS will assist you in a guided proof of concept to move forward with your implementation of enterprise project management and the use of Microsoft Project. Our analysts will facilitate interviews and guide your organization through determining appropriate objectives you will be able to realize in your evaluation of Project and in the deployment of enterprise project management methodology.

 Pilot Project using Project
HMS personnel will assist with a pilot installation of Project in order to forward your evaluation of the system. We will install both Project and Project Server, train the pilot project personnel and assist you in configuring the system to match your requirements. We will assist with the definition of the global resource pool, customized enterprise fields, security roles and views.

 Integration with corporate systems
