Microsoft Project Rapid Adoption FrameworkTM It's getting started that's often the biggest challenge. HMS has developed a rapid deployment program for Microsoft Project and Project Server that is designed to implement the basic Microsoft epm Solution including MS Project and Project Server in only two weeks.

The Rapid Adoption Program is designed on Microsoft's EPM Adoption Framework which HMS also supports for large scale deployments.

The Rapid Adoption Program begins with a one-day workshop to create a vision for the epm system and to design the resulting implementaiton. We'll work with your executives and with the Project deployment team to determine what aspects of epm will deliver the most immediate return on investment and which elements should be the focus of the first wave of implementation. Then we'll install Project Server or validate the installation that may already be present and train a Project Server Administrator on-the-job as we configure a basic system. The remaining time will be spent training a core group of project managers in the enterprise level functionality that will now become available to them and to ensure they're ready to start using Project Professional and Project Server together.

When the ten day program is complete, you'll be ready to start using the new enterprise system. While all the functionality will be working in Project Server, you may then wish to focus more in depth on particular aspects of your new epm solution as it evolves. HMS has developed a number of additional RAF modules for you to take advantage of. These include:

• Security (5 Days)
• Linking to other Line of Business Systems (5 days)
• Advanced Administrator Training
