Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) Training

HMS has been involved with Earned Value for almost its entire history. We have worked on some of the largest Defense and Energy projects in Canada and with some of the largest Defense and Energy contractors in the US. We have experience both in basic Earned Value techniques and in the implementation of Earned Value automated systems.

This course is a non-product related training designed to train newcomers in the basics of Earned Value. The training is designed for a 5 days although more extensive delivery can also be done. The participants should be familiar with basic project management concepts and should be working in an environment which is either planning to deploy an EVMS or has already implemented an EVMS methodology.
