HMS has developed a series of service solutions to assist you with implementing TimeControl. We've listed the pre-packaged solutions below but if you think that your needs aren't exactly described here, please contact us and we'll be happy to have one of our technical people work with you directly to create a service solution that suits you.
 TimeControl Implementation Assistance
HMS has developed a series of QuikStart assistance programs designed to get you up and running as quickly as possible with TimeControl. We've organized these QuikStart programs by edition with TimeControl Express being the simplest and TimeControl Enterprise being the most complex. Clients often ask us for additional assistance beyond the QuikStart but these easy-to-implement programs are fast ways of getting TimeControl up and running in the shortest possible time. We virtually always recommend that new TimeControl clients start with a QuikStart and then expand on the service later once the system is up and running. We've listed below our pre-packaged assistance.

TimeControl Quikstart
QuikStart is designed to install and deploy TimeControl in as effective a manner as possible. The flexibility of this deployment is ideally suited for organizations from 10 to 500 employees. During this 5-day program, our consultant will assist you with the installation, configuration and roll-out of TimeControl. We'll load the system with some of your legacy employee and project data and set up links to existing project systems.
Integration Assistance
HMS has also assisted countless organizations with integrating TimeControl with other aspects of you corporate systems. We have extensive experience with a variety of project management and project cost systems and with how to tie our systems into such elements as HR or Finance or production planning databases.
Upgrade Assistance
Although TimeControl upgrades are often done without our intervention, sometimes it's easier on you to have an HMS expert on hand to move you from one version to another. This may be particularly true if you have extended TimeControl through database enhancements or other customized development. Contact us using the HMS Services Request form and we'll put you in touch with one of our technical staff who can assess your needs with you.

TimeControl Training Assistance
TimeControl Administrator training is usually done on-the-job during the deploying of the system. TimeControl is simple enough that end-user training is not even required. However, HMS is called upon on a regular basis to assist organizations whenever there is a staff change. Retraining administrators is our most commonly requested training package but please contact us if you think we can help with any other aspects of training in TimeControl.

TimeControl Administrator Refresher
The Administrator refresher course is a 3-day program designed to bring new TimeControl Administrators up to speed on how to manage their TimeControl environment. We will send a TimeControl implementation specialist who will first assess the existing TimeControl environment to determine how it has been configured so far. Then we'll train one or two Administrators in how to manage the existing environment and we'll identify areas of TimeControl which you may not have taken advantage of so far. This may be particularly interesting if new upgrades to TimeControl have arrived since the original deployment. Many organizations combine the Administrator Training with Upgrade Assistance.
TimeControl Implementer Course
In larger or more complex implementations, a client may wish to train their own on-site technical personnel. This course was originally designed for our own technical consultants and to train our international technical partners. It is now available to our clients.
