Training Overview
HMS has been training people in the use of project management tools since the early 80's. Our instructors have extensive experience in, not only the tools we support, but also in project management and earned value methodology, enterprise systems, database architecture, business re-engineering and more.

Our courses are delivered on-site at your facility. We provide all the software and data, if required and the workbooks, exercises, manuals, and, of course, the instructor. This allows us to concentrate on your particular environment and to ensure that questions and situations are those that are directly related to how you do business.
Our Objective:
To give users the confidence they need to fully apply their project management system and tools and be effective at contributing to and managing their projects.
Our Instructors:
Our instructors have many years experience in the project management field, work on a day-to-day basis with our clients, and have been teaching our public and on-site courses for many years. They come from diverse backgrounds and have years of experience in such industries as Telecommunications, Maintenance/Shutdown, Engineering, I/S and Utilities.
There are a variety of courses roughly divided into 3 categories.
